Resolution- Insendi Signing Out Issue

We have been informed by the Insendi team that the issue some users experienced when being logged out and unable to sign back in can be resolved by clearing cache and cookies.
Please follow the steps below based on your device:
For iPad/iPhone (Safari):
- Go to Settings → Safari → Advanced (bottom option) → Website Data
- Locate icsm.insendi.com, swipe left, and tap Delete
- Close and reopen Safari
- Try accessing the Platform again
If the issue continues, please review your Safari Privacy & Security settings, particularly the “Block All Cookies” option under Advanced Settings.
For Laptops/Desktops (any browser):
- Press:
- Ctrl + Shift + Delete on Windows
- Command + Shift + Delete on Mac
- Select Cookies and Cached images/files
- Choose All time (if prompted)
- Click Clear data
- Close and reopen your browser before logging in again
